How much does battery health change a used EV’s value?

Three otherwise identical used EVs could have excellent, average or poor battery health, but how much should that change what a dealer pays and the price a customer is prepared to accept?
This session will use that comparison to examine how battery condition affects appraisal, trade and retail values, finance, warranties, residual values and customer confidence. It will also consider replacement battery costs and repairability, helping dealers understand how battery-health data can inform practical buying, pricing and stocking decisions.
