Use Case 1 - Service Appointment Confirmation and Trade-In:

One of the most requested use cases from Dealers for our Voice Agents involves bringing together both the Service and the Sales departments in one call to drive more Revenue. In the example above, our outbound Voice Agent calls the consumer with an existing Service appointment 24-48 hours prior to confirm, improving no-show rates. More importantly, the outbound Voice Agent engages with the customer to book a Sales consultation for a potential trade-in. Our Voice Agents are completely fluent in the Dealer's inventory and can prompt the customer to consider spending 20-30 minutes with the Sales team whilst waiting for their MOT. The result? A confirmed Service appointment, a net new Sales appointment and a potential acquisition and trade-in for the Dealer to print more gross profit.

Use Case 2 - Open Recalls

Calling up hundreds of existing customers with open recalls is time-consuming, draining and easily automatable. Our outbound Voice Agents can dial consumers on behalf of the Dealer to inform them of an OEM-issued recall on their vehicle. In doing so, the Dealer can bring more customers into the Service department and Service Advisors can spend their time on higher value work like helping customers who are actually on site.
